Fee structure
There is a low initial review
fee, which remains constant regardless of the complexity
of the case.
If it is our opinion that no malpractice has occurred, and
thus that litigation is not warranted, this initial review
fee is our client’s only financial outlay.
If there is evidence of malpractice, one
reasonable fee will cover all aspects of our analysis and
research as we assist our client in preparing for litigation.
If the case warrants, expert witnesses are provided at an additional fee.
